Private Auto Club
Eliminate insurance waste. Recapture opportunity cost. Convert routine vehicle expenses into strategic financial advantage.
Our Mission
Architecture Over Chance
Strategic Design
Members win by architecture, not chance. Risk is managed structurally, not reactively.
Engineered Liquidity
Liquidity is engineered, not borrowed at retail rates. Protection comes from contracts and design.
Private & Selective
The Club remains private, selective, and customized to fit each member's unique needs.
What We Are (And Are Not)
The Club IS
  • A private contractual membership organization
  • An eligibility-based benefit access system
  • A risk-management overlay, not insurance
  • A financial efficiency architecture, not a bank
  • A service company that charges membership fees
The Club IS NOT
  • An insurance carrier
  • A pooled insurance or mutual aid program
  • A bank or credit union
  • A securities or investment offering
  • A profit-sharing vehicle
  • A member-owned reserve
These distinctions are intentional and structural, ensuring clarity in our operating framework.
Insurance Positioning
Members maintain state-mandated auto insurance with recommended minimum liability limits of $100,000 / $300,000 / $100,000, covering bodily injury, property damage, and legal liability exposure.
What the Club Replaces
Members remove optional auto insurance coverages, commonly 66–75% of a full-coverage premium:
  • Collision and Comprehensive
  • Glass, Roadside, and Towing
  • Rental Reimbursement
  • Medical Payments
  • Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist (context-dependent)
Contractual Assistance
The Club provides contractual assistance eligibility, not insurance. This foundational separation ensures compliance and clarity in our service delivery model.
Member Value Proposition
Members receive eligibility, access, and assistance capacity governed by contract — not balances, accounts, ownership interests, or guarantees.
Vehicle Assistance
Vehicle damage and replacement assistance, glass repair and replacement, roadside and towing services.
Emergency Support
Emergency vehicle replacement coordination and temporary liquidity solutions through structured mechanisms.
Strategic Benefits
Down-payment assistance for vehicle or housing, strategic design support, and priority access to advanced planning concepts.

All benefits are non-guaranteed, eligibility-based, contract-defined, and subject to limits, review, and modification.
Membership Tiers
Membership is tiered, not uniform. Higher tiers unlock increased assistance limits, faster access, expanded categories, and priority review.
Core Member
Foundation level access
Advanced Member
Enhanced benefits and priority
Advanced Plus
Expanded assistance capacity
Elite / Founding
Maximum access and discretion
Tier Determinants
  • Length of membership
  • Payment consistency
  • Usage patterns
  • Risk profile (Club's index)
  • Compliance with Club rules
Eligibility-Based Vehicle Assistance
Members don't have balances or fixed dollar caps. They have vehicle-specific assistance eligibility tied to current market value, fee level, tier, and participation.
110%
Minimum Replacement
Assistance designed at 110%–125% of vehicle value
Day 1
Immediate Eligibility
Access from day one when criteria support it
Usage Philosophy: Opposite of Insurance
Non-Penalized Usage
  • 1–2 glass repairs per year
  • 1–3 roadside events per year
  • Occasional minor body or bumper repairs
  • Parking-lot incidents
Review Triggers
  • Single high-dollar damage event
  • Repeated at-fault accidents
  • Patterns indicating elevated risk
  • Reckless or dangerous behavior
  • Abuse of program discretion
The Club rewards responsible profiles, not benefit avoidance. Normal life usage is expected and non-punitive.
Pricing Architecture
Auto Club Risk Index (ACRI)
Pricing is governed by the Auto Club Risk Index (ACRI), which measures the member's total risk profile and prices membership as a percentage of what that member would pay on the open insurance market.
50%
Excellent Profiles
Target pricing for lowest-risk members
75%
Higher-Incident Profiles
Maximum pricing for non-reckless members
The Club remains materially better than market pricing in all cases, delivering 25–50% savings across all risk profiles.
Participation Tracks
Track 1: Full-Service Club-Assisted
Standard membership fee. Club coordinates and assists with vehicle damage and replacement. No requirement for personal self-insurance structures.
Track 2: Self-Directed Member
Lower membership fee. Member self-manages vehicle events using personal resources. Club provides strategy, modeling, and limited assistance.
Track 3: Access / Education
Minimal or near-zero fee. No direct assistance or replacement benefits. Education, structure, communications, and upgrade path.
Member Experience & Dedicated Support
When incidents occur, members receive a dedicated Club representative who engages immediately, coordinates the entire process, advocates for the member, and works to resolve issues quickly, smoothly, and favorably.
Foundational Principles
Eligibility Standards
The Club does not accept members with DUI/DWI, reckless driving convictions, hit-and-run, or habitual malicious behavior.
Recovery Mechanisms
When assistance is provided, recovery occurs through service-based fee adjustments, temporary eligibility reduction, or future benefit throttling — not claims or collections.
Operator Continuity
The operating entity may build internal reserves and use Corporate-Owned Life Insurance (COLI) for stability. Members have no ownership or claim on operator capital strategies.

Non-Negotiable Internal Rule: No member is ever told "This is your money," "You own a fund," "This is guaranteed," or "This is a return." Correct framing only: "This is a private, eligibility-based benefit program governed by contract and architecture."
